Pursuant to P.A. 95-283 of the State of Connecticut . A written application to appeal an assessment must be filed on or before February 20, 2010. Please complete section ‘APPLICATION TO APPEAL’ and return to the address at the right by February 20, 2010. Applications may be sent to: Board of Assessment Appeals also meets in September for Motor Vehicle appeals only (not Real Estate or Personal Property (business). A date will be set by the Board and published in the newspaper indicating a date and time of the meeting to be held, and residents can appear with their justification to that meeting.
